Customer Claim Page Setup

Step 1: Go to your store Admin > Online Store > Themes.

Step 2: Select the theme you want to Add and click on the Customize button. or click below button.

Step 3: Select Pages > Create Template Give Name Claim Request Based on Default Page.

Step 4: Navigate to Section > Add Section > Apps then Claim Page.

Step 5: Click on the Save Button located in the top-right corner of the page to save your changes.

Step 1: Go to your store Admin > Online Store > Pages and click on Add Page.

Step 2: Give Title Claim Request for customer claim page.

Step 3: Choose Theme Template from select option Claim Request .

Step 4: Click on Save Button.

Step 1: Go to your store Admin > Online Store > Navigation.

Step 2: Click on Main Menu/Footer Menu > Add menu item.

Step 3: Give name Ex: Claim Request.

Step 4: Click on search or paste a link button > Pages > Claim Request.

Step 5: Click on Add button > save the changes.
